An Awesome Solution – Philips Avent Manual Comfort Breast Pump

c26-SCF33020-3-l

Are you a mom wanting to feed your baby with the beneficial breastmilk but does not have enough time to make him or her latch on? If you are, then Philips Avent Manual Comfort Breast Pump is an awesome solution for you.

Unlike other breast pumps, the Philips Avent Manual Comfort Breast Pump allows me to pump in a more comfortable and pain-free position due to its unique design. It contains a soft, textured massage cushion that can help stimulate milk flow from my breasts. This manual breast pump is also compatible with other Philips Avent feeding products such as Natural and Classic breast milk storage bottles and containers. Its compact and lightweight design allows me to use it easily by holding it well and positioning it on my breast. It is truly a great perfect find for moms out there!

BPA Free

91wcu2+9xpL._SL1500_You can cut your worries in using this manual breast pump as it is certified BPA free. Its unique engineered design is made with high quality and durable materials as well as skilled workmanship. Sure, there are a lot of cheaper manual breast pumps out there on the market nowadays, but you cannot be sure of their quality. They may be made from plastics with BPA, a toxic chemical commonly found in plastics which can bring about brain damage and mental retardation to your baby as well as prostate diseases and hypertension later on in life. These cheaper breast pumps may also be sloppily done and do not offer the same quality as what Philips Avent Manual Comfort Breast Pump offers.

What I like about the Philips Avent Manual Comfort Breast Pump

The unique feature of Philips Avent Manual Comfort Breast Pump is that it makes me having a more relaxing and comfortable position when I pump and feed my baby. Other breast pumps only start to operate once I lean forward. Philips Avent Manual Comfort Breast Pump will allow me to sit comfortably upright while pumping. Its angled neck design permits the milk to naturally flow from my breast to the bottle. This was designed by Philips Avent manufacturers because they kept in mind the fact that when mothers are more relaxed, they secrete milk more.

Massage Cushion

The soft massage cushion contains 5 textured petals that are able to stimulate milk flow by creating a suckling sensation similar to a baby’s mouth. It is lightweight, has an ergonomic handle and you can easily operate it in one hand. The collection container also works as a feeding bottle with its breast shaped nipple.

What I do not like about the Philips Avent Manual Comfort Breast Pump

The most obvious issue found in using this pump is the longer time it takes to collect milk. It also squeaks when used. That is why it makes a lot of noise, which is embarrassing when other people are around. The collection reservoir or the bottle can sometimes be loosened out while pumping. Also, the part made of silicon that connects the handle to the pump seems weak or not that durable. It also does not produce a powerful suction effect.
